红烧猪肉炒米粉 ~ Fried Bee Hoon with Stewed Pork
爸爸的最爱,也是我们的最爱。
中小学时候,这可是我们常吃的早餐。
妈妈炒了一大锅,我们就开心的吃上一大盘。
如今,红烧猪肉涨价了,妈妈说罐头猪肉也要十多零吉,还是吃新鲜的猪肉好。
就这样,家里再也看不过红烧猪肉炒米粉的踪影。
然而,在新加坡这里,这可是我餐座上的常客;只要我馋嘴,午餐,晚餐就这样解决。洒上小辣椒,再加蒜头或葱头油,蛋丝;吃个痛快!
